- A student shall be considered to have completed the course for the year, if he/she has attendance of at least 75% of the number of working periods in each of the subjects during the academic year.
- A student having less than 75% of attendance will not be allowed to appear for the annual examinations.
- A leave letter duly signed by the parent must be submitted in advance as a record of absence.
- Absence without leave from any theory, Practical, Test, Mid-term examination shall be considered an act of indiscipline, and it will entail disciplinary action.
